DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify us immediately by submitting a written notification ("Notice") to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Required Elements of a DMCA Notice

Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:

• Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
• Statement of Good Faith: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Statement of Authority: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing. We will also make a good-faith attempt to contact the user who posted the content so that they may make a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate access to users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
